From molten iron to a finished clutch, every stage happens inside our own plant — the way it has since 2000.
El Chico Clutch Pvt. Ltd. builds clutch plates, pressure plates, flywheel assemblies and custom clutch components for tractors, trucks and heavy commercial vehicles. Casting, machining, assembly and testing all run under one roof, which is how we hold the same tolerances batch after batch.
That control is also why we can take on work others turn down — a discontinued part, a low-volume OEM programme, a size nobody stocks. Send a drawing or an old part, and we’ll develop the tooling for it.

Five stages, all of them ours. Nothing leaves the plant for an outside process and comes back with a surprise.

Pattern & tooling
A drawing or a sample part becomes a casting pattern and the fixtures the machine shop will hold it in.

Casting
Cast iron poured in our own foundry for pressure plate bodies, covers and flywheels.

CNC machining
Facing, boring and grinding to drawing. Flat mating faces are what keep a clutch from juddering.

Assembly
Facings riveted, damper springs fitted, diaphragm and levers set to the specified clamp load.

Testing & dispatch
Clamp load checked and assemblies balanced before packing. Then it ships anywhere in India.
